General
We handle four kinds of work under one roof. Licences & registrations — drug licence, FSSAI food licence, Gumasta, EPFO/ESIC, GeM portal, pharmacist (PCI) and PWD contractor registration. Tax & business — GST registration and returns, ITR filing, firm and Udyam registration, digital signature and Vyapar billing software. Financial services — loan file preparation, life/health/vehicle/WC insurance and FD/RD account opening. Legal documentation — affidavits, rent agreements, property registry, marriage registration, certificates, PAN, Aadhaar and court documentation.
For most services you can submit your requirement and documents through the online form on this website. A personal visit is needed only where your signature or biometric verification is legally required, such as registry, notary attestation or marriage registration.
Our office is in Amlori, Singrauli, and we serve the entire Singrauli district including Waidhan, Morwa, Jayant, Bargawan, Chitrangi, Deosar and nearby areas. Online services such as PAN, GST, ITR and DSC are provided to clients anywhere in India.
We prepare documents in both Hindi and English, and our staff explains the entire process in Hindi so that nothing is unclear.
Application Process
Open the 'Apply Online' page, fill in your personal details, choose the service you need, describe your requirement and upload your documents. You will receive an application number immediately after submission.
Aadhaar Card and PAN Card are required for almost every service. A passport size photograph and service-specific supporting documents may also be needed — the required list is shown on each service detail page.
You can upload JPG, PNG or PDF files up to 5 MB each. If your document is larger, please compress it or upload clear photographs of each page separately.
Yes. The supporting documents and additional attachments fields both accept multiple files, so you can upload an entire set in one go.
Our team reviews your application and documents, and calls you on the mobile number provided — usually within one working day — to confirm the requirement and inform you of the charges and timeline.
Keep the application number that is shown after submission and share it on call or WhatsApp; our team will update you on the current stage of your work.
Charges & Payment
Charges depend on the service, the government fee, stamp duty and the urgency of the work. The amounts shown on this website are indicative starting prices — the exact quotation is confirmed by phone before we begin.
No. Government fees, stamp duty, court fees and courier charges are payable in addition to our service charges, and are always told to you in advance.
Cash, UPI, and bank transfer are accepted at our office. Online payment through the website can be added at a later stage if required.
Documents & Privacy
Yes. Uploaded documents are stored securely, are accessible only to authorised staff, and are used strictly for completing the service you applied for. We never share them with any third party for marketing.
In most cases photocopies or scanned copies are sufficient. Where originals are required, they are returned to you immediately after the work is completed.
Yes. All originals are handed back on completion, and we retain only the copies required for our records.
Timelines
Affidavits and typing work are often completed the same day. Certificates and registrations depend on government processing — a realistic timeline is given on each service page and confirmed when we accept your application.
Yes, wherever the department provides a tatkal or urgent option we can process your work on priority, subject to additional government charges.
